Renal calculi treatment options
55yr old female, with no comorbidities has been diagnosed with Right sided proximal ureteric calculus 15mm with HUN in USG. No prior history of renal calculi. To relieve the Obstruction, she was taken up for URS and a stent was placed. Post op xray suggested migration of calculus to renal pelvis. 2 sessions of ESWL done. 1 month later, on Xray, calculus was visible and on CT found to be 16mmx8mm in right renal pelvis. What treatment option to prefer? Another ESWL or PCNL or mini PCNL or RIRS?

Sir, why not pcnl or mini pcnl? Are there any stark differences?
