Snapping syndrome is defined as a sudden jerk of movement of the related joint during the range of motion and rarely observed in the knee.It is rarely seen after total knee arthroplasty which can be confused with periprosthetic joint infection. In this case report; after the exclusion of the possible pathologies, dynamic ultrasound was performed for detection of snapping. Authors preferred a minor approach without arthrotomy by the excision of the ostophyte and tenotomy made by different incision than the index surgery. The patients complaints and pain have been improved dramatically after the time of surgery.
