Solitary bone plasmacytoma (SBP) is characterized by malignant proliferation of monoclonal plasma cells, constituting less than 5% of malignant plasma cell tumors. It presents with a headache, swelling, and other vague symptoms. Systemic workup to rule out multiple myeloma is necessary. SBP of the temporal bone is extremely rare, and only a few case reports are mentioned in the English literature. The standard recommended management is localized radiotherapy (RT). We, here, present a case of solitary plasmacytoma of right temporal bone in a 50-year-old female treated with surgery and RT.
