Spleeno-gonadal fusion(SGF) is a rare congenital anomaly. Due to lack of awareness surgeons do unnecessary orchidectomy for this benign condition. Both sexes are affected, but males are more commonly reported because of easy accessibility of testis outside the abdomen for examination. As expected it exclusively present on left side. It is difficult to diagnosed preoperatively but it can be possible by b-scan USG,MRI and Tq99 scan.We report a case of rare congenital anomaly that is presented as a congenital left inguinal hernia, on exploration of inguinal canal herniotomy testicular tissue was fused with some red brown tissue which is continue to deep ring and intraabdominaly, with separation of tissue from testis and excision of tissue mass done. Histopathology shows that was spleenic tissue....
