30 year old female patient who has history of 5 weeks amenorrhea and upt positive with pain abdomen and loose stools. Examination showed diffuse tenderness all over abdomen. Usg showed gravid uterus only. What are the possible differentials?

General examination had oly mild diffuse tenderness and one day history of pain, unfortunately our scan didn't for us on gsac 's position as it wasn't mentioned. Might have been useful... Possible differentials are appreciated!
