This is a hypothetical scenario. Imagine a private medical college gets permission from MCI to start MBBS course in 2012. The first batch of MBBS students enter their CRRI in 2017. At this juncture, the college is suddenly debarred by MCI for 2 years. The college has already admitted 5 batches of candidates. Now what is the fate of the present CRRI batch? Will their MBBS degrees be valid? What will be the fate of the remaining 4 batches of MBBS students?
