"This is a case of a 50-year-old man with pemphigus foliaceus who was found to have a thymoma. Computed tomography (CT) scans revealed a large anterior mediastinal mass, 6 cm in diameter, which was heterogeneous in appearance with no evidence of invasion. CT-guided biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of type AB thymoma. A video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) radical thymectomy was performed on this gentleman."....
