US' health protection agency Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has added three new symptoms to its official list of COVID-19 symptoms.
The symptoms are:
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
This is in addition to previously known symptoms of fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, Loss of taste or smell, Sore throat.
These symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.
Note: This list does not include all possible symptoms. CDC will continue to update this list as they learn more about COVID-19.
