Well it's my own problem this time,I've a habit of studying late night in the bed with quite a support of 2-4 pillows around my back.🤣😄🤣😄so the only reason I could find for my problem is incorrect sleeping posture. however I am open to all advices......it's mild to moderate pain in my shoulder blade, its gross & difficult to localise exactly but still somewhere posterior to the lateral end of the clavicle bone (sub acromial) near the shoulder joint. the pain starts if the shoulder /arm is put at rest. there is no apparent swelling /sign of inflammation /infection /compromise on range of movement.
For relief I am giving the shoulder ample amount of rest, and applied gel too ;will start using ice packs in the morning.
all other advices to fasten the recovery /pain relief are welcome 🙏🙏 is there anyone who thinks that I should go check a ortho surgeon, plz justify it with a reason.
thanks

In my humble opinion, you should consult an orthopaedic surgeon to rule out any other possible cause with XRays of shoulder joint as well as Cervical spine. Physiotherapy exercises and improvement of posture should help
