What is the right time to do a Covid inflammatory profile (ESR, CRP, D dimer, Sr. Ferritin etc) and a CT Thorax after onset of Symptoms? Some suggest day 1, some say day 5. Are there any set guidelines?

It should be done if SPO2 falls below 94\%, irrespective of the day

Day 1 as part of (baseline investigations) on appearance of 1st symptoms of covid19 & then on day 5+ along with CT Thorax if required..in severe illness 48-72 hours depending upon Hospital policy and general condition of the patient..24 hours repeat tests are not making any significant difference in drug management or better patient outcomes.
