A 1 year old male patient was brought to paediatrics OPD with complaints of cold, cough, and fever from 1 week and loose motions from 2 days. In OPD, he has a seizure which is a GTCS, and lasts for a few minutes, and is admitted to the hospital. Patient has had 4 such seizures in the last month. Patient is short for age(according to WHO chart), and shows bow legs and beading of ribs, with history of delayed dentition.
What should be the next step to diagnose and manage the patient?
