Woman operated, 206 gallstones removed
A team of doctors at the state-run Sassoon General Hospital removed a staggering 206 gallstones from the gall bladder of a 28-year-old woman on Friday morning.
The woman had been suffering from recurrent stomach pain for the past one year. After conducting tests and ultrasound, the doctors found that she was suffering from a severe case of gallstones. But they did not expect to find such a huge number of stones.
