A 40 year male non hypertensive non diabetic ,suddenly develop loss of movement of left side with left side angle deviation of mouth and saliva dribbling inability to swallow food and protrude tongue completely out of mouth and excessive sweatingwith out loss of consciousness and no h/o convulsion 20 days back
history of angle of mouth deviation to rt side 4 years back smoking since 25 yrs 5 cigarette per day and he is social alcoholic
examination :
positive findings
reduce reflex in upper limb and absent in lower limb of left side
loss of all sensation in left upper limb
power zero in left lower but upper limb is flickering.
