Are ATMs dispensing microbes along with cash?
A recent investigation that involved taking swabs from 66 ATMs in New York found abundant bacteria on the keypads that were normal human skin microbes. The most commonly identified sources of bacteria were household surfaces, such as televisions, restrooms, kitchens and pillows.

With India transitioning to a more cashless economy, you might want to wash your hands the next time you withdraw cash from an ATM machine.
