Cutis marmorata as a manifestation of decompression sickness
The present case has been published in the British Journal of Dermatology. The case demonstrates cutis marmorata as one of the manifestations of decompression sickness.

A 45‐year‐old man presented with a 2‐h pruritic rash that developed 1 h after diving 20 m using a nitrous mixture. He had dived previously with no abnormalities using air tanks. On physical examination normal vital signs were noted along with a lacy reticulated red–purple discoloration on the trunk and proximal extremities.

Other physical examination findings, including a complete neurological examination, were within normal limits. The rash resolved within hours with no other sequelae.
