Localisation of myocardial infarction
A 36 yo male patient from a lower socioeconomical class was complaining of irregular heartbeats to the physician during which he suddenly develops chest pain and stops speaking due to the pain.
An immediate electrocardiogram diagnosed ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.

Patient was asked for further imaging studies but refused due to his financial condition.
