Patient 65 yr old 44 kg was operated on 3ay for incisional hernia (post open chole with CBD exp) lt upper abdomen lateral side , and on 2nd day developed pain abdomen and guarding xray show gas under diaphragm urgent laparotomy done on 1 June patient abdomen not settled for 2week cect done s/o intrabdominal abscess repeated usg guided aspirations done 3 times but still some residual abscess present and pt after taking orally discharged after 22 post op days she was on Meropenem, colistin and macnex during admission and she was having low grade Fever with changes in teeth with erythema over hernia repair site, post op 35 days she was having pus coming out from wound and she operated for excision of mesh with drainage and suction drain kept for 4 days , again after5 days she developed seroma and then pus so 2 stich romoved and pus drained with daily dressing , after 20 days of dressing she developed light green colour in dressing s/o pseudomonas infection patient was given amikacin for 5 days and still wound is not contracting and there is still pseudomonas infection is there ,how to manage the case , pic is as follows
