Should be treated hypothyroidism if only tsh is raised.. t3 t4 within normal limits...and patient presents with carpal tunnel syndrome or other symptoms...if yes,at how much dosage to start or increments of how much if already on eltroxin?

Carpal tunnel syndrome itself can be a presentation in hypothyroidism. According to the above case where T3 and t4 are normal we can start with small doses of 25mcg to 50mcg. It may not require high dose of 1 to 1.6mcg/kg bw.
