What is the treatment for acute maxillary sinusitis?
patient done post septoplasty 1 year back
c/f difficult in breath, pain at maxillary place and head ache

Antibiotic treatment with either augmentin, doxycycline , cefixime and follow up as improvement suppose to occur in 5 to 7 days if not imaging have to be done to confirm the dx . if confirmed give other 7 days course of diffenrent antibiotic than that you gave at first as levofoxacin or moxifloxacin or one of the above
